Join us each Monday to play our Wellbeing Bingo weekly game


  • Log at least one activity each day from Monday to Sunday.
  • You can log different activities or the same activity each day.
  • You can backfill activities if you have missed logging on a particular day.
  • Track your progress by viewing the Wellbeing Bingo weekly card at the top of the Feed.


  1. We create a healthy daily habit by taking one wellbeing action a day.
  2. This helps us establish a routine.
  3. We can improve our physical and mental wellbeing.
  4. Sometimes we run prize draws for participating in Wellbeing Bingo so there is a chance at winning a fabulous prize.
