With the stresses and strains of modern life – jobs, families, finances, and a seemingly endless stream of global crisis – we often neglect to focus on looking after ourselves. So let's take at least one self-care action every day for one week!

Self-care sounds selfish – but it’s vitally important for our health, our relationships, our sense of self-worth and personal confidence. Put simply, lack of self-care, can lead to deteriorating physical and mental health, diminished social relationships, burnout in the workplace and susceptibility to illness.

Here at the Feel Good Hub we’re going to prove that self-care is for everybody by encouraging you to pamper yourself and indulge a little in some ‘me time’.

As always, what makes you feel good, might just be the inspiration that somebody else needs!

Challenge

  • Log at least one self-care activity per day for one week

  2. Creates a happy habit of taking that much needed time for ourselves
