Challenge
- Log one daily action for 5 weeks.
- Create your own Action Plan that you can maintain after the experience ends.

Virtual peer group
- Peer support is where people draw on shared personal experiences, characteristics or circumstances in order to support each other to improve their health and wellbeing.
- Facilitator led group of maximum 20 members.
- 30 mins check-in each Monday on Zoom.
