Do you struggle to take that precious time for yourself? Would you like some help with reminders to do just that?

Look no further!

Join our Self-Care Week Challenge, which begins on DATE TBC.

We'll be taking one self-care action each day to support our wellbeing.

It's super important to take time for ourselves to relax and unwind.

As always, we'll suggest an action, but don't worry, that doesn't mean you can't log a different self-care action!

Here at the Feel Good Hub we’re going to prove that self-care is for everybody by encouraging you to pamper yourself and indulge a little in some ‘me time’.

Challenge

  • Log at least one self-care activity per day

Benefits

  1. Improves our mental wellbeing
  2. Creates a happy habit of taking that much needed time for ourselves
  3. We feel more relaxed and less stressed
  4. Learn some self-care techniques that we can put into practice straight away
