Join our Move 15 Challenge and log 15 minutes of 'physical' activity every day before the end of the month.
15 minutes per day adds up to a total of 465 minutes within the month. It may sound like a lot, but it's important to remember that consistency is the key to habit building!
Challenge
- Log at least 15 minutes of physical activity per day.
- Any kind of physical activity counts - walking, running, cycling, swimming, workouts, stretching dancing and rolling!
